Job summary

Aspire Bakeries LLC in Swedesboro, NJ is seeking a General Laborer to support daily production operations in a fast-paced bakery environment. You will assist with packaging, labeling, sanitation, and equipment support to ensure product quality and food safety.

Shift: 1st, 6:00AM - 2:30PM, with weekend availability. Compensation: $18.00–$19.25 per hour. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, GMPs, and opportunities for growth within our manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs and move for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Willingness to work overtime, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

Support production and packaging operations to meet daily output and quality goals.
Package, label, stack, and palletize finished bakery products according to specifications.
Maintain clean, organized work areas in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Assist with line changeovers and product transitions to support production flow.
Inspect products for quality defects and report issues promptly.
Follow all safety, quality, and GMPs.
Collaborate with team members and supervision to ensure safe and efficient operations.
