Campbell Soup Company in Ashland, OH is seeking a Bakery Processing Operator for 3rd shift (Sunday–Thursday, 10:50 p.m.–7:00 a.m.). You will safely operate processing and baking equipment, monitor quality, weigh ingredients and adjust processes to meet QA standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, ability to read batch sheets, and willingness to work overtime. This position offers competitive pay starting at $21.40/hour plus a $0.50 shift differential and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and understand batch sheets, recipes and production information.
• Ability to weigh ingredients accurately and record production data.
• Experience working safely around moving equipment and following food-safety procedures.
• Willingness to work the 3rd shift and overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate processing and baking equipment to meet QA standards.
• Mix ingredients, monitor temperature/moisture, and adjust as needed.
• Monitor products and remove nonconforming items.
• Start, change over, and shut down equipment per procedures.
• Support maintenance and report defective equipment.
• Read batch sheets/recipes and document weights of raw materials.
