Job summary

HRU-Tech in Livonia, MI is seeking a 2nd Shift Material Coordinator who will pick automotive parts and prepare them for the shop floor, while also recording material moves in our ERP system. The right candidate must be reliable, detail-oriented and possess strong automotive/material control experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of material control experience in an automotive manufacturing environment.
• Excellent data entry and computer skills; ability to manage inventory using a computer.
• Experience driving a Hi-Lo and passing training.
• Experience recording/tracking inventory in an ERP system.
• Strong analytical and mathematical abilities; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Pick automotive parts and prepare them for the shop floor.
• Process material moves in an ERP system and maintain accuracy.
• Help move freight in and around the warehouse and to trucks.
• Maintain accurate inventory and perform cycle counts.
• Work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
