Fairlife, LLC in Webster, NY is seeking a Plant Automated Equipment Technician for the night shift to maintain and troubleshoot automated processing, packaging, and warehousing systems. You will work on PLC/HMI controlled equipment, assist with training, and support continuous improvements across multiple plant areas.

The role requires 3+ years in automated maintenance and 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance or engineering, with strong problem-solving and English communication skills.

Formación

• Minimum of three (3) years maintenance experience with automated equipment.
• Minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing maintenance or engineering team.
• Knowledge of programming languages and software related to automation.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, maintain and troubleshoot automated processing, packaging, and warehousing systems.
• Conduct tests to evaluate performance of automated systems.
• Maintain records of automated systems and assets.
• Perform preventative maintenance on automated systems.
• Train other technicians on equipment operations.
• Collaborate with ICTs and Engineering on process control improvements.
• Support plant start-up and commissioning with contractors and vendors.
