Job summary

Crosby’s Stores is seeking a motivated and dependable Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations, support the Team Leader, and deliver exceptional customer service in a clean, welcoming environment.

You will supervise team members, maintain high standards, manage scheduling, and ensure safety and compliance while driving store success and customer satisfaction. This role includes shift differential awareness and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to work at least 40 hours/week, including weekends.
• Experience preferred in retail or food service.
• Serve Safe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional service to every customer.
• Prepare fresh food and made-to-order items following standards.
• Promote and enroll customers in My Crosby’s Rewards.
• Drive sales through suggestive selling and add-on recommendations.
• Train, coach, and support store associates; assist with scheduling.
