Job summary

Crosby’s Stores is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in New York to help lead daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will support the Team Leader in maintaining cleanliness, high standards, and a welcoming environment.

The role involves supervising team members, merchandising support, and ensuring compliance with safety and company policies. The advertised rate includes a $1.50 night shift differential for hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work at least 40 hours per week, including weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Serve Safe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, friendly, professional service to customers.
• Prepare fresh food and made-to-order items per standards.
• Promote My Crosby’s Rewards; drive sales with add-on recommendations.
• Oversee daily operations for efficiency and profitability.
• Train, coach, and schedule store associates; provide feedback.
• Assist with payroll, timekeeping, and records.
