Job summary

All-Guard Alarm Systems, Inc. is seeking a Central Station Dispatcher for the graveyard shift (10:00 pm – 06:30 am), part-time.

You will be the first point of contact for dispatching emergency and non‑emergency resources and manage incident information flow to and from responders. Responsibilities include handling alarms, updating incidents in the DICE/Immix/Frontel systems, and communicating with subscribers and agencies.

Qualifications

• Ability to function as an effective team member.
• Strong customer service orientation required.
• Familiarity with 24‑hour time format and able to work varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch emergency and non‑emergency resources as info is received.
• Process alarms and prioritize by severity following policy.
• Enter and monitor incidents using DICE/Immix/Frontel systems.
• Communicate information clearly to subscribers and agencies.
• Input and update account data in the system as needed.
• Maintain filing and scan paperwork according to procedures.
• Provide professional telephone etiquette and channel calls appropriately.
• Assist subscribers with basic technical questions and support.
