Job summary

The Overnight Support Partner at East Valley Men's Center ensures a safe, secure, and supportive environment for clients, staff, and visitors. You will provide direct client support using trauma-informed, person-centered practices and monitor shelter operations to maintain safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• No minimum educational requirement; relevant experience considered.
• Experience in trauma-informed care and client-centered practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client support using trauma-informed, person-centered practices.
• Monitor shelter operations to promote safety, security, and program compliance.
• Document incidents, shift reports, inspections, and client interactions accurately.
• Respond to crises using de-escalation techniques and established procedures.
• Educate clients on program expectations, resources, and daily schedules.
• Collaborate with Case Managers to support client success and housing stability.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and order within the facility.
