Responsibilities

• Provide survivor-centered advocacy for domestic violence survivors.
• Respond to hotline calls, complete intakes, and provide case management advocacy.
• Connect participants with housing, safety planning, and financial resources.
• Document participant information in agency systems.
• Maintain a safe shelter environment and assist with room turnovers and housekeeping.
• Assist with receiving donations and supplies.
• Act as first responder during emergencies.
• Work with staff and community partners to obtain safe housing options.
