The Salvation Army Shelter in Seattle is seeking a dedicated Shelter Supervisor to oversee front desk operations, scheduling, timecards, and payroll preparation. This role reports to the Shelter Program Manager and collaborates with program leadership to ensure smooth daily operations and staff support.

Location: SoDo (1039 6th Ave S, Seattle, WA 98134)
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 10:00pm-6:30am
Pay: $27.54/hour
Status: Regular Full-Time/Non-Exempt

The Shelter Supervisor is responsible for all supervisory responsibilities associated to front desk operations to include shift scheduling, timecards, and payroll preparation, reporting sick and vacation, ensuring staff trainings as assigned, ensures Standard Operating Procedures are followed, coordinates shift adjustments as needed in coordination with the Shelter Programs Director. This position is under direct supervision of the Shelter Program Manager and cooperates with the Program Director and King County Shelter Director. This position receives daily supervision, with direct consultation available on complex matters. This position provides administrative support to the Department in addition to leading and assisting with the training and ongoing support of staff assigned.
