Qualifications

Responsibilities
Help create a cozy, home‑like environment where everyone feels cared for.
Support families by assisting with everyday tasks, teaching life skills, and offering guidance.
Write simple notes to track the progress of each family.
Attend team meetings to share ideas and learn from others.
Make sure the shelter's rules are followed to keep everyone safe and on track.
