Job summary

HonorHealth Security is seeking a dedicated Security Officer for the Night shift at our Scottsdale, AZ facilities. You will patrol hospital properties, screen visitors, and respond to emergencies to ensure a safe environment for staff, patients, and visitors.

Responsibilities include enforcing policies, reporting incidents, and serving as a first responder to alarms across hospital grounds. Must be prepared for physically demanding duties and maintain readiness for emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree or relevant coursework preferred.
• 1 year of hospital/security experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Patrol designated HonorHealth properties to ensure safety and security.
• Screen visitors and respond to alarms and emergencies.
• Enforce hospital policies (parking, badge, access) and document incidents.
