Allied Universal®, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Access Control Administrator in Leesburg, VA to safeguard clients at a technology data center. You will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and provide exceptional customer service while supporting a collaborative team.

The role requires at least one year of security experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a typing speed of 40 wpm.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Typing speed of at least 40 wpm.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, contractors and delivery personnel at a technology data center by performing access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry points, verify credentials, maintain logs, and report access discrepancies as required.
• Respond to incidents and alarms; escalate through proper channels as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access-control areas and building entrances.
• Document daily activities and communicate observations to leadership and site contacts.
