Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while enforcing site-specific access control procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, process entry, and maintain access records.
• Respond to alarms/incidents calmly and escalate as needed.
• Patrol access points and report unusual activity or security concerns.
• Enforce entry requirements and report policy violations.
