Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required by policy.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.
• Driver's license needed only for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors at a technology data center by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Control access to restricted areas by verifying credentials and documenting visitor information.
• Monitor access control systems, cameras, alarms, and related technology and report irregularities.
• Respond to access-related incidents calmly and follow escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, interiors, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
