Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• College degree required.
• Type at least 40 words per minute.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology data center via access-control procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain logs, and support controlled entry and exit for sensitive areas.
• Respond calmly to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations, escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, building areas, and perimeter to identify security concerns.
• Document incidents and access-control activities and communicate information to site contacts and leadership.
