Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and vendors at a high-availability technology facility.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, process entry, and maintain accurate access-control records.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, restricted areas, and surrounding locations.
• Support reporting, documentation, and shift handoff per site procedures.
