Job summary

Tradewind Aviation is seeking a Scheduler to maximize the efficient use of its fleet and support the Sales team in trip planning. The role requires aviation scheduling experience and the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

The position offers a fully remote work arrangement after successful training, with onsite attendance in Oxford, CT for one week per quarter. Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ months aviation experience as an Aircraft Scheduler.
• Experience in aviation scheduling software.
• FAA dispatch license preferred.
• Problem solving skills.
• Ability to handle frequent changes.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a culture of total client service, focused on anticipating client needs and exceeding their expectations.
• Monitor current flights and ensure proceeding trips are not delayed.
• Handle schedule interruptions and notify applicable departments.
• Schedule new trips and maximize the efficiency of crew and aircraft schedules.
• Ensure compliance with FARs and company policies.
• Provide trip availability to Sales and coordinate trip changes with Client Services.
