Job summary

Tradewind Aviation, LLC is seeking a Scheduler to maximize efficient use of its fleet and support the Sales team by confirming crew and aircraft availability. The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with one onsite week per quarter in Oxford, CT. After training, the position will be fully remote.

The Scheduler will monitor flights, manage schedule interruptions, and coordinate with various departments to ensure top-tier service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months aviation experience as an Aircraft Scheduler.
• Experience using aviation scheduling software.
• FAA dispatch license preferred.
• Ability to handle frequent changes under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a culture of total client service and anticipate client needs.
• Monitor current flights and ensure trips proceed without delays.
• Schedule new trips and optimize crew/aircraft utilization.
• Coordinate trip changes with Sales and Client Services.
• Ensure compliance with FARs and company policies.
• Attend onsite in Oxford, CT one week per quarter.
