Job summary

NetJets is seeking a Security Scheduler, Lead to oversee daily security service scheduling for Owners and Crew within an aviation operations context. You will coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to meet security requirements and ensure timely, compliant service delivery.

The role emphasizes process refinement, project management, and invoicing, with a focus on cross-team collaboration and safeguarding sensitive information.

Qualifications

• High School in Aviation or Logistics required.
• 6–8 years of experience in scheduling/operations or security planning preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills required.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor orders for security services for Owners and Crew using multiple platforms.
• Provide daily management of external security vendors.
• Identify, develop, implement, and maintain security standard operating procedures and strategies across all operating units to reduce security-related risks.
• Manage and maintain all QS Security spreadsheets, databases and records for Owner and Crew ground movements.
• Create the daily security schedule and incorporate new bookings and changes.
• Refine and maintain the schedule for security services and operations, recovering from unanticipated events.
