Sentara Norfolk General Hospital in Norfolk, VA is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse Unit Coordinator for the Vascular Stepdown Intermediate Care Unit (9 Kaufman). Night shift 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m., 36 hours per week, weekends every other weekend, holiday rotation required.

The 24-bed unit specializes in vascular surgery, telemetry, and renal/pancreas transplant care. The RN leads safety initiatives, mentors staff, and provides expert patient care in a high-acuity setting.

Qualifications

• BSN required or MSN preferred.
• RN license and BLS certification required.
• 18+ months RN experience in a similar unit.
• Leadership in safety initiatives and staff development.
