Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an experienced Night Shift ER Registered Nurse at Osborn Medical Center in Scottsdale, AZ. You will provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department and collaborate with physicians to implement the medical plan of care.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of RN experience, a BSN preferred, and current AZ RN license. A sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• 2 years RN experience required
• 3 years RN experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervises, assesses, plans, coordinates and evaluates patient care and staff development.
• Assists the Clinical Director in management of unit staff and patient population.
• Provides direct patient care according to unit needs and collaborates with physicians on medical plan of care.
• Directs staff in nursing process application and quality improvement initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
