HonorHealth Deer Valley Medical Center is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for our Emergency Department in Tempe, AZ. You will supervise staff, coordinate patient care, and work closely with physicians to implement care plans for acute and stroke patients.

Ideal candidates hold a BSN, AZ RN license, and BLS certification with at least 2 years of RN experience. Leadership, teaching, and a commitment to quality improvement are essential in this role.

Formación

• 2 years RN experience required.
• Arizona RN license required.
• BLS Healthcare Provider Certification required.
• Magnet standards certification within 1 year of hire or promotion date required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises, assesses, plans, coordinates and evaluates patient care and staff development.
• Manages unit staffing, onboarding, performance reviews and coaching.
• Collaborates with physicians and other healthcare professionals to implement the medical plan of care.
• Conducts regular rounds to ensure quality of care and patient satisfaction.
• Leads quality improvement initiatives and promotes evidence-based practice.
