Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants.
• Plan shift services and report on activities.
• Admit, transfer and discharge residents as required.
• Provide leadership and ensure quality care in the unit/shift.
• Administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Receive/submit shift reports and communicate with physicians as needed.
