Job summary

Complete Care is seeking Shift RN Supervisors to join our Chicago-based team. Full-time evening and night shifts, with weekend options, providing supervision for nursing staff and delivering high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Prior supervisory experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, hospital, or sub-acute settings.
• Background in palliative or inpatient clinical care is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resident Care Coordination: assess resident needs, develop and implement care plans, and coordinate with supervising physicians to ensure optimal clinical outcomes and smooth recovery processes.
• Shift Leadership: oversee weekend nursing staff, ensuring all care delivery meets local, state, and federal standards. Monitor medication administration, treatments, and core clinical procedures.
• Unit Rounds & Quality Assurance: conduct regular rounds across assigned units, monitor treatment progress, and maintain accurate documentation in full compliance with HIPAA and facility standards.
• Education & Support: educate nursing staff, residents, and family members on clinical best practices, wellness, and care plans.
• Team Collaboration: work independently and collaboratively with facility leadership, assisting with clinical operations as directed by the Director of Nursing (DON), Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), or Administrator.
