Job summary

Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center in Sun City West, AZ, is seeking a Night Shift Registered Nurse to join the Observation unit. This full-time role features a 3/12 schedule (7pm–7:30am) with an 18% night differential and a weekend differential, plus relocation, PTO, and ongoing education scholarships.

Responsibilities include comprehensive nursing assessment, care planning, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in acute care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan care in collaboration with the health care team.
• Implement and evaluate nursing care per physician orders and policy.
• Document patient progress and ensure accurate handoffs to caregivers.
• Promote safety, quality, and evidence-based practice in daily care.
• Participate in orientation, mentoring, and ongoing education activities.
