Job summary

Banner Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Outpatient Observation WPAC in Tucson, AZ. This full-time role offers 36 hours per week with day or night shifts, and requires a valid RN license and BLS. Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in inpatient nursing preferred.
• New Graduate Nurses with less than 12 months of experience should visit the main job search page and select New Nurse Experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational and discharge planning needs.
• Formulate a plan of care and initiate the discharge plan in collaboration with patient/family.
• Implement the plan of care and supervise the activities of the health care team.
• Evaluate patient progress and revise care plans as needed; document outcomes in the patient record.
