Job summary

Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center in Sun City West, AZ is seeking a part-time RN to join the General Medical unit (4C) for night shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am. You will assess, plan, and deliver nursing care to ortho, trauma and general medical patients, coordinating with a collaborative team on a 21-bed unit.

This role features an 18% night differential and a $3/hour weekend differential when applicable, with a $7,500 sign-on bonus tied to a 12-month commitment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Clinical experience in acute care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan care in collaboration with the team.
• Implement nursing interventions per physician orders and policy.
• Coordinate care across disciplines and document findings.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust the plan as needed.
• Educate patients and families and ensure safe, evidence-based care.
