Job summary

Mercy Hospital South is seeking a Clinical Supervisor-RN for Weekend night shifts. The supervisor drives process improvements and supports staff through change management to meet Mercy standards.

The position requires an MO RN license (or compact), 3–5 years hospital experience, and BLS certification. Exceptional leadership and patient-centered care are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Must hold and maintain a current RN license in Missouri or possess compact licensure.
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• Basic Life Support certification either at hire or within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekend RN staffing to ensure patient care quality and safety.
• Collaborate with physicians and administrative staff to optimize patient flow.
• Mentor and support nursing staff to uphold Mercy standards and change practices as needed.
