Job summary

Allina Health is seeking an experienced RN to deliver care in the Mercy Mother Baby Center. You will work across labor and postpartum units with 24/7 OB/GYN and neonatal support, contributing to high-quality maternity care for diverse communities.

This role emphasizes in-house collaboration, evidence-based practice, and education for patients and families. Night shifts and a structured weekend rotation are integral to the position.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Vocational degree required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• RN licensure in MN or WI as applicable at hire.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs and planning of care.
• Coordinate, delegate and ensure safe, effective patient care.
• Provide obstetrics nursing across antepartum, intrapartum and postpartum periods.
• Act as charge nurse or preceptor when assigned.
