Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Night shift at Osborn Medical Center, Scottsdale, AZ. The RN will work in the Telemetry Unit-3W-Advanced Cardiac Care, delivering high-quality nursing care within a comprehensive cardiac-focused team.

Candidates should have 1+ year of relevant experience, Arizona RN licensure (or compact), and a BSN preferred or a plan to obtain BSN within 60 months. A sign-on bonus up to $10,000 is offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year's nursing experience, preferably in med-surg or acute care.
• Active RN license in Arizona or compact state (on hire).
• BSN preferred or must be completed within 60 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• The RN provides patient care guided by ANA standards and ethics.
• Administers medications and therapies, monitors patient progress, and updates care plans.
• Collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, effective nursing care.
• Teaches patients and families about post-treatment care and self-management.
• Precepts and mentors new staff and students as needed.
