Job summary

Haven Behavioral Healthcare, an Oceans Healthcare Company, seeks a Regional Intake Supervisor to support the Director in overseeing intake operations across multiple facilities. You will supervise intake clinicians and nurses, ensuring timely referrals and efficient workflow across the regional team.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, 2+ years in behavioral health, and strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills to improve performance and patient care

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Human Services, RN or related field.
• Two years experience in behavioral healthcare, crisis management, intake or inpatient psychiatric treatment preferred.
• Must possess CPR certification and Oceans approved de-escalation program.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to the department and assigned shift.
• Monitors productivity and documents issues in a timely manner.
• Provides feedback and coaching to staff on a routine basis.
• Offers training and orientation to new Regional Intake employees.
• Participates in management meetings and daily reporting.
• Occasionally serves as Regional Intake Clinician on shift when needed.
