Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant work experience in a care or clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Observe patients, report significant observations to clinical staff.
• Maintain daily schedules and transport coordination.
• Provide patient observation rounds and supervise activities.
• Assist with activity groups and discharge planning as needed.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of the facility.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and document required information.
• Respond to emergencies using de-escalation techniques and maintain boundaries.
