Job summary

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC seeks a Recovery Technician for the Meridian, ID facility on a part-time night shift, focused on patient safety and care as part of a multidisciplinary team. The role involves direct and indirect patient care in line with Northpoint policies and procedures for unlicensed staff.

The position supports the milieu with appropriate resource allocation, documentation, and coordination of activities, while ensuring confidentiality and a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• 1+ year of relevant work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to implement and interpret department policies and procedures.
• Strong boundary-setting and rapport-building with patients.

Responsibilities

• Interact routinely with patients and communicate observations to clinical staff.
• Complete daily paperwork and logs accurately and on time.
• Maintain daily schedules and structure around transport, meals, and transitions.
• Monitor patients and provide observation rounds during shifts.
• Assist patients with needs and collaborate with clinical and medical staff as necessary.
• Document information regarding client care and behavior per policies.
