Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• 1+ year of relevant work experience.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to implement and interpret department policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Attend to the safety and wellbeing of patients.
• Collaborate with the treatment team per policy.
• Complete daily logs and forms accurately.
• Maintain structure and schedules for transport and activities.
• Support treatment planning and discharge planning.
