Job summary

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a part-time night shift at our Meridian, ID facility. The RN will manage medical services for a patient caseload, coordinate treatment and discharge planning, and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, CPR certification, and EMR experience, with ability to communicate effectively and maintain professional boundaries.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification currently trained.
• Experience with electronic medical records systems (KIPU preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee medical services for a caseload of patients.
• Coordinate treatment plans and discharge plans with the multi-disciplinary team.
• Administer medications and educate patients and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the patient record in a timely manner.
• Communicate with treatment teams and outside agencies on treatment and safety issues.
