Job summary

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC is seeking a part-time Recovery Technician for nights at Northpoint Washington in Edmonds, WA. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and provide direct and indirect care according to policies.

Responsibilities include patient observation, documentation, transport coordination, and supporting treatment planning. Must be 21+, have a valid driver's license, and at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to implement and interpret programs, goals, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to maintain personal boundaries and rapport with patients.
• Knowledge of surrounding geographic area for routing.
• Ability to organize and prioritize competing priorities.
• Competency in patient rights, safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients and report observations to clinical staff.
• Follow reporting and communication guidelines with staff and patients.
• Complete daily logs and forms accurately and on time.
• Maintain daily schedules and structure, including transport and mealtimes.
• Provide patient observation rounds and monitor activities during shifts.
• Participate in recreational activities and promote prosocial coping skills.
• Ensure wellbeing and a positive, structured environment; respond to needs.
• Keep facility clean and well-maintained as directed.
• Assist patients with needs and collaborate with clinical staff as needed.
• Support activity education sessions and document accordingly.
• Oversee safe transport of patients to/from the facility.
• Assist orientation for new admissions and ongoing care planning.
