Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in the state where services are rendered.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification is required.
• Knowledge of EMR systems, KIPU preferred.
• Ability to work with a diverse population and maintain professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Interact routinely with patients; observe behaviors and report to the multidisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and participate in patient education.
• Use de-escalation techniques to maintain safety.
• Develop and communicate admission, orientation, and discharge plans.
• Document assessments, progress notes, and plans in the EMR.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and report maintenance needs.
