Northpoint Recovery is seeking a Recovery Technician to join our Idaho facility in Meridian. The role focuses on patient safety, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and providing direct and indirect care as part of treatment plans.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 21 years old and able to drive.
• 1+ year of relevant work experience in a care or behavioral health setting.
• Strong English communication, interpersonal skills, and boundaries.
• Ability to implement program goals and policies within department.

Aufgaben

• Attend to safety and wellbeing of patients and observe behaviors.
• Coordinate with clinical staff and document daily notes and logs.
• Maintain schedules and transport times, meal and transition times.
• Support treatment team with patient observation rounds and group activities.
• Assist with discharge planning, emergencies, and maintaining confidentiality.
