Job summary

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in Idaho.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification current.
• Experience with patient care planning and discharge planning.
• Able to work night shift and part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients and document observations for the multidisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and provide patient education.
• Maintain safety and de-escalation in volatile situations.
• Provide admission, orientation, education and discharge planning to patients and families.
• Coordinate treatment plans and discharge planning with the team.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and report maintenance needs.
