Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Within 6 months, obtain Nationally Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist certification (NCPRSS).
• Bilingual ability preferred.
• Experience as Recovery Specialist or related role is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-clinical individual and group support to develop recovery care plans.
• Educate individuals on recovery models and tools to support recovery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams and community organizations.
• Connect patients to recovery support services and resources.
• Document activities and maintain accurate records in the health system.
• Facilitate recovery support meetings and assist with navigation to services.
