Job summary

All Jobs bv is seeking a Quality Control Technician for our Minnesota processing facility. The role involves performing daily QC and food safety activities to ensure products meet standards, working alongside operations.

The position requires attention to detail, ability to stand for long hours, communicate effectively, and collaborate with USDA inspectors and production teams. Night shift 10:00pm-6:30am, on-site with PPE and GMP adherence.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and food safety standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively and use basic problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a production environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 10 hours) and perform repetitive tasks.
• Prior experience in food manufacturing or quality control preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow all food safety, quality, defense and GMP programs.
• Perform pre-operational inspections of the processing facility prior to production.
• Sample and evaluate product attributes, document results, and communicate issues to the Supervisor when standards are not met.
• Work with USDA inspectors to ensure compliance with regulatory and food safety requirements.
• Monitor packaging operations for product accuracy, labeling, and order counts.
• Document non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Perform receiving inspections, equipment checks, calibration verification, and basic quality-related lab testing.
• Maintain accurate and complete quality records and notify supervision when supplies are low.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by following GMPs, safety procedures, and wearing required PPE
