Job summary

CoreFX Ingredients LLC in Illinois seeks a Quality Control Technician for nights at our Orangeville facility. You will perform routine bacteriological and chemical testing of blended and spray dried products, maintain QA documentation, and support the QA Lead and Manager.

A degree in Food Science or Quality Management is preferred, with 1+ year in a quality role in manufacturing and experience with testing products.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Food Science, Safety, or Quality Management.
• 1+ year in quality role within manufacturing facility preferred.
• Minimum 1 year food production experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine bacteriological and chemical testing of products.
• Back up QA Lead and Manager in their absence.
• Maintain control of quality documents and records.
• Prepare product samples for testing and customer/outside labs.
