Home Chef is seeking a Quality Control Tech for the night shift (8:00 PM–6:30 AM) in Atlanta, GA. The role ensures accuracy and quality of all product labeling, portioning, and shipping by working with production and QA teams, conducting hourly inspections, and signing off on QA sheets.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred experience in food quality. Perks include comprehensive benefits and 401k, with emphasis on food safety and GMP compliance.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience working in food quality is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Labeling: visually inspect labels on bottles, jars, and bags for correct product name and ingredient per QA sheets.
• Provide QC samples to production leads prior to production to ensure correct portion amount.
• Verify portions using QA sheets and distribute the proper measuring equipment (scales, spoons, cups, etc.).
• Sign-off on portioning line after verification and conduct hourly ingredient inspections.
• Perform final box verification and document issues identified in boxes and on shipping lines.
• Follow GMPs and support SQF food safety programs.
