Home Chef is seeking a Training Lead for the night shift in Atlanta, GA. This role focuses on onboarding hourly production staff and ensuring completion of online training via the LMS.

The position requires coordinating safety, food safety, and behavioral standards on the production floor, with additional responsibilities in refresher training and CI initiatives. The Training Lead will work with supervisors to drive a culture of learning, track progress, and support other departments through

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of production/warehouse environment preferred.
• Willingness to work night shifts and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Mansioni

• Lead new hire training for hourly employees across production departments.
• Ensure online refresher training is completed for hourly teams.
• Track progress and document skills/competencies on the floor.
• Support CI initiatives and retraining as needed across departments.
• Provide hands-on coaching on floor processes when required.
