Job summary

V&V Supremo Foods is seeking a laboratory QA Technician to support testing across bacteriological, analytical, and organoleptic disciplines. You will maintain documentation for finished product, raw material and packaging testing, and ensure accurate specifications are kept up-to-date.

You will monitor hold/release processes, perform sampling, and ensure compliance with SQF, GMP, and OSHA. The role requires teamwork, strong communication, and meticulous data handling in a production environment.

Qualifications

• High school education required; some post-high-school education preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
• Proficiency with databases and MS Excel/Word for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain hold and release program.
• Perform sampling and analytical testing.
• Maintain finished product, raw material and packaging records.
• Ensure SQF compliance and follow GMP and OSHA procedures.
• Identify quality and food-safety issues and communicate findings.
• Maintain sanitary conditions and manage lab supplies inventory.
• Support other duties as assigned by supervisor.
