Select Milk Producers is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to perform analytical and microbiological testing on raw, pasteurized, and finished dairy products. The role ensures compliance with USDA, FDA, PMO, and GMP standards while supporting safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Under close supervision, you will build technical proficiency, perform routine testing, and participate in continuous improvement activities within a laboratory setting at a dairy facility.

Qualifications

• Must follow safety procedures and wear safety equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot small problems and seek guidance when unclear.
• Developing knowledge of laboratory practices under supervision.

Responsabilités

• Operate lab testing equipment and perform analytical and microbiological tests.
• Conduct daily quality checks and audits under supervision.
• Complete worksheets and logs accurately (electronic or paper).
• Prepare solutions, media, and sample compositing for third‑party testing.
• Follow safety, GMP, and lab protocols.
