Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a Quality Control laboratorian to perform analytical sampling and testing of dairy ingredients, packaging materials, and finished products. You will identify out-of-spec results and follow notification protocols while maintaining lab records and documentation.

You will calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment, perform environmental swabbing, and assist with audits and recalls as needed to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in QC lab settings and maintaining thorough records.
• Ability to calibrate and maintain lab testing equipment.
• Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical analytical sampling and testing of raw ingredients, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Identify and communicate any out-of-specification results and follow notification protocols.
• Calibrate, maintain, and use lab equipment; keep testing documents accurate and neat.
