Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited sleep technology program.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and calibrates equipment for testing and ensures proper functioning.
• Applies monitoring electrodes, PAP mask fittings, and related devices.
• Follows sleep procedures to establish baseline values and monitor respiratory/heart rates.
• Assists with scoring sleep stages and generating reports from data.
• Implements interventions for patient safety including CPAP/BIPAP and oxygen.
• Assists with advanced sleep studies such as SV titrations and MSLT.
