The Alden Network in McHenry, IL is seeking registered nurses (RN) and licensed practical nurses (LPN) for full-time and part-time night shift roles. We offer shifts that can accommodate school schedules and a small, community-based setting focused on resident well-being.

We provide tuition reimbursement, a generous referral program, PPE, and comprehensive benefits. A background check and drug test are required; lifting 35 pounds and fluent English are necessary for job duties.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN license required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Fluent English required for communication with residents and staff.

Responsabilités

• Provide holistic, person-centered nursing care to residents.
• Collaborate with CNAs and support staff to deliver ADL care, vitals, and skin care.
• Participate in assessments, care planning, medication management, and QA/QI processes.
